%Jewish Dems Endorse Incumbents and Challengers in Key House Races%

WASHINGTON – The Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA) today announced 10 endorsements in competitive House races across the country, bringing JDCA’s total number 2022 endorsements to 91. Five of these latest endorsees are challenging extreme Republican incumbents, two are running in open seats, and three are Democratic incumbents whose reelection is essential. All ten of these candidates share a commitment to the priorities of Jewish voters and are in a position to defeat dangerous Republicans.

Unique in its work as the only national organization solely focused on mobilizing Jewish voters in support of Democrats, JDCA is supporting candidates that support the values of Jewish voters, including protecting abortion access, advocating for gun safety, defending democracy, supporting the US-Israel relationship, and combating climate change.

“In these 10 key races, JDCA is engaging Jewish communities where the Jewish vote can make a critical difference to election candidates who reflect our values. From Montana to Connecticut, these endorsed candidates are on the front lines of the effort to expand Democrats’ House majority, and JDCA aims to turn out the Jewish vote to bring them to victory,” said JDCA CEO Halie Soifer.

“Through targeted digital advertising campaigns, JDCA will draw attention to the issues that Jewish voters prioritize in the ballot box, including reproductive rights, gun safety, and defending our democracy,” Soifer continued. “As Republicans peddle dangerous conspiracy theories, align with extremists, and attack our democracy, these Democrats will lead with their values in Washington.”
