Zioness Movement Women’s March 2018

In 2017, participation in several events showed that Zionists are not welcome in some Leftist or Liberal circles — such as the inclusion of BDS activists in the Women’s March, the addition of BDS to the official platform for the Democratic Socialists of America, and the exclusion of Zionists at the Chicago Dyke March and other LGBTQ events around the country.

We believe that it is important for the Jewish and Zionist community to have a strong presence within progressive circles.

The same values of human rights and self-determination at the heart of progressive causes also underlie Zionism, the movement for one of the world’s historically oppressed minorities to achieve self-determination through the creation of a Jewish State.
