Jewish Dems Mourn the Death of Former President Jimmy Carter

WASHINGTON –  Following the death of former President Jimmy Carter, the Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA), released the following statement:

“JDCA mourns the passing of former President Jimmy Carter and celebrates his impactful life and leadership, including his brokering of the Camp David Accords. For this historic diplomatic achievement of the first peace agreement between Israel and its neighbors, we and all Americans who value Israel’s safety and security are grateful. 

“We will remember President Carter as an honest, principled leader who loved America. Following his presidency, he dedicated his life to humanitarian causes and the promotion of democracy and peace around the world. We send our condolences to the Carter family. May his memory be a blessing.”
