JOIN US THURSDAY: Convention Debrief & Time to Do Something
At the Democratic National Convention (DNC) last week, JDCA was the convener of Jewish voters. Our impact was seen and felt throughout the Convention, and we were thrilled to have more than 8,000 sign ups, in person and virtually, at our 12 DNC events.
Building on the excitement of the DNC, it’s time for us all to heed Michelle Obama’s call to “DO SOMETHING” to ensure Democrats win in November. Join us TOMORROW, Thursday, August 29, at 1:00 p.m. ET to reflect on the Convention and steps we can all take to ensure Democrats win in November. We’ll be joined by Ilan Goldenberg, the Harris for President Director of Jewish Outreach and Policy Advisor and other special guests.
Throughout the convention, we heard from Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, members of Congress, Israeli Ambassador Michael Herzog, hostage families, and policy and political experts to discuss issues of importance to Jewish voters, including antisemitism and Israel. JDCA was quoted in the press more than 250 times, including in the Washington Post, New York Times, ABC, NBC, CNN, and more.
With just ten weeks until Election Day, NOW is the time to take action, and JDCA has opportunities for you to do so. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
Sincerely,
Halie Soifer
CEO, Jewish Democratic Council of America
P.S. Looking for next steps to DO SOMETHING after the convention? Join us on Thursday to stay inspired and learn about how you can take action to elect Democrats.
