Jewish voters delivered for Biden

November 9, 2020

We are overjoyed by the historic victory of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and watched with all of you as they took to the stage in Delaware, with Biden declaring that he will unite the nation and serve as a president for all Americans. We are confident that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will represent our values and restore the soul of our nation, which is precisely why they won with 77 percent of the Jewish vote. This is also why Donald Trump lost by a 56 percent margin among Jewish voters and received the lowest share of the Jewish vote for a Republican candidate in twenty years.

We are especially proud of the fact that Biden’s victory was secured by the Jewish vote in key swing states, where JDCA’s efforts made the difference. Jewish voters made a difference everywhere, but they secured Biden’s victory in five key states – Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Nevada – where the Jewish vote exceeded Joe Biden’s margin of victory. For more on how the Jewish vote ensured Biden’s wins in swing states, read the following article in Haaretz.

This was possible because of all of you. This is our shared success, and now we have to continue this work. We are now focusing on winning control of the Senate in order to ensure Democrats can effectively and fully deliver for the American people. We elected Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, not Mitch McConnell, which is why we need to help Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock win their special elections in Georgia on January 5.
JDCA is planning on phone banking, text banking, advertising, canvassing, and mailing Jewish voters in Georgia to once again deliver the Jewish vote for Democrats. We did it last week, and we can do it again in Georgia, with your help. In order to join our efforts, please donate TODAY to our Georgia fund by clicking here or below. Every dollar raised will be spent in Georgia between now and January 5 to ensure we win back control of the Senate.
Join us on Friday, November 13, at 12 PM ET for a special Post-Election Celebration. It’s been an election year unlike any other, and this will be a wonderful opportunity for all of us to gather together, reflect, and talk about the future, including our efforts in Georgia. You won’t want to miss it!

You should be proud. Thanks to your time, financial support, and volunteer hours, Jewish Dems made a huge difference in the outcome of this election, and we will do it again in Georgia.

The struggle to restore the soul of our nation has just begun, but we are hopeful about a future with Joe Biden in the White House. Now on to Georgia, and with your continued support, we will continue to ensure that our values lead to victory.
