2023 Year in Review
Dear Friends,
As we end 2023 and approach 2024, we’re reflecting on the growth of our organization in the past year. This year, the Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA) expanded our advocacy, programming, outreach, and political efforts to defend Jewish and Democratic values. During these difficult times, it’s more important than ever that we elect those who share our values, and we’re proud of the work we’ve done in 2023 to lay the groundwork for Democratic wins in 2024.
Here are some of the highlights:
- We hosted 123 events and programs with over 10,000 RSVPs.
- Our special guests included Vice President Kamala Harris, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff, Governors Josh Shapiro, Kathy Hochul, and Gretchen Whitmer, and many others.
- We were mentioned in the press over 1,700 times, including the New York Times and Washington Post, and appearances on MSNBC’s Morning Joe and Andrea Mitchell.
- Hundreds of JDCA supporters and chapter members attended in-person events in Florida, Nevada, Georgia, California, and Washington, D.C.
- We engaged with hundreds of members of the House and Senate, secured support for policy initiatives, and advocated for Israel’s security.
- And much more.

Thank you for an incredible year. We look forward to continuing our work together and electing Democrats who share our values in 2024.
Happy New Year,
