Trump’s “Concept of a Plan” on Iran

Over the weekend, Donald Trump announced what he is calling an agreement to end the war with Iran. But it isn’t an agreement at all. At best, it’s a vague statement of intention – a “concept of a plan” – lacking in necessary details, including regarding the future of Iran’s nuclear program. At worst, it is a formal admission of defeat that leaves the Iranian regime stronger than it was before the war began.
